<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Okay here is an odd one. We are
running unity 4.2 and Call Manager 4.2. We have one user who has a single
line appearance on his phone and a translation pattern (a common setup at our
site). When a call goes to voicemail after having come in over the
translation pattern unity works properly. The indicator light is
illuminated and the voicemail appears in his email box. Now if a call
comes in to the same phone but the extension directly (not the translation
pattern extension) and goes to voicemail there is no indicator light and while
the voicemail shows up in his email it cannot be listened to on his
phone. Further if the indicator light was on when the direct call came in
and goes to voicemail the indicator light will go off.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Any ideas?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
