error on iis restart is not uncommon, it is actually expected depending
on how you did it and the versions involved. just make sure it started
back correctly. IIS on the sub is not critical unless you point EM or
users there. do you? there is an aspect of tomcat to each of the
mentioned services so bouncing tomcat is also recommended.<br>

<div>Arrived at work today and can not open CCMUser pages ( "Page not

restart IIS (World Wide Web Pub) and the Publisher restarted, but the
Subscriber errored out.</div>

<div>Now here is the thing, our IPCC (4.0) started acting up on
Friday and they had calls in queue they couldnt' get to, I restarted
that box and that is when the Event Viewer started tossing CTIManager
errors in Application log (Event Viewer).</div>

<div>I have since restarted that box as well...my question is am I
really looking at a Web Publication issue or a JTAPI issue? (it was
JTAPI errors on Friday that had me reset the box)... any suggestions?</div>
