<font size="2"><font color="#000080">under CallManager service parameters "Caller ID Display Priority Enabled" was set to true. That gives CLID priority over any other message coming through to the phone…like Call Park Number. So we set it to False and now it works as it did prior to the upgrade.</font></font><br>
