you have to insure that you have the correct QoS set up between these
sites. According to the Cisco SRND document, you will want to make sure
that you have no more than 40mSec round-trip delay between any two CMs.
And, at least 900k of bandwidth for every 10,000BHCAs. This is needed for
the communication between CMs (the SDL) and the replication from publisher to
subs. Not having this, will cause the condition that you described. Hope

1000 phones between local and remote phones and the idea was distributed in 4
