<div>I have an issue with an agent who was accidently setup with two phones and a shared line yesterday because he was at a different location for the day.</div>

<div>I know that with IPCCx your not suppose to have shared lines, this however was a momentary oversight that seems to have now caused us an issue.</div>

<div>The agent got a call during the time when he had the two phones and shared line and now can't seem to get things to work because of the following error:</div>

<div><font size="2">"Cannot go to the ready state while the phone is out of service. Other state changes are possible."</font></div>

<div>One phone was removed and set back to the way things were originally however the issue persists.</div>

<div>I suspect maybe his session (not sure the technical term for this) is some how still persisting and so its preventing him.</div>

<div>Any thoughts? I suspect I could restart a service or server and resolve this, but I am interested in understanding what the problem is.</div>
