<div>I am also working on similar solution where we need inter network Cisco MCU, VT advantage phones and Polycom units using a H.323 gatekeeper, I am still reading into it on how to accomplish the same, there is a great networkers presentation which I have managed to find for this, I would appreciate if some one has implemented this can share some best practices for this. If some one needs the presentation, I can unicast it to them</div>

At my last company we invested quite a bit in video because one of the executives wanted it for the exact reason you just stated. The problem was no one ever wanted to use it. It sat completely unused. I don't know why although I have my suspicions but point being you may want to make sure you management will actively "encourage" people to use it or you may end up with a lot of wasted money and effort.</font></span></div>
