Hi hope that someone could add some light on this issue I&#39;m having...<br><br>I have a system running CME with about 10 phone all in the same pickup-group and hunt-group. The hunt-group works as expected, hunting through all 10 phones, but the problem I&#39;m having is using the pickup-group with the hunt-group. <br>
<br>The problem seems to be while a call hunting, the pickup-group does not work, when the button is pressed, the phone just goes back on-hook (something happens). Like wise once a call is picked up, then blind transfered to another phone, when wanting to use the GPickup to pick that call up again, does not work??<br>
