event the phones are in unsecured areas and you want to control LD access.
Typically in EM deployments they suggest the line/device approach which grants
the phone access to all offnet patterns and then uses block patterns on the
line's CSS. This way, in the not-logged-in state the extension has only onnet
dialing but when an agent logs in they have access to offnet. Senior agents can
have LD and Supervisors can have International dialing. Or

the process of migrating users over to the exchange 2k7 box so I still need to
re-partner the Unity box with Exchange 2k7. But currently I have two
