I have found that when we change a user’s name and ID
and move them to a different information store in exchange, they can no longer
check voicemails from their phone. It says their messages are currently
unavailable. They still have VMO to fall back on which works fine.
We have Unity 4.2, CCM 4.1.3sr5b and Exchange 2003. If you move a user to
a different info store they work fine. If you change their name and user
ID they work fine. If you do both they stop working. We had this
happen when we were on Unity 4.1(2) also but all users repaired when we
upgraded to 4.2. I compared the subscriber record to the ones that had
the issue in the past and don’t see much difference. Any ideas?
