Hello all,

This my scenario:

I have a external number (915762543) associated to a Route Point with DN 8731. This DN is the Call-IN-Number the Auto Attendant in the Unity Express. My AA.aef in the unity, has a Call Redirect to Pilot Point with DN 5733. This Pilot Point controls ten CTI ports and he is controlled by application user.

Then, the Call Manager integrates with a Call Center application by TAPI. This integration is good.

All work OK but my problem is this. If I try dial 5733 (DN of the Pilot Point), the call works OK. The call is forwarding by Pilot Point to Call Center application via CTI ports and this distribute for the agents.

When I dial 8731, Auto attendant, the script forwards the call to the 5733, Pilot Point. This distribute the call to the CTI ports but the call cut it.

The call center application log shows that The problem is that the caller number is 8731 instead of 5733 so the application can not be monitored. Call Center application only monitors the Pilot Point.

Can you help me with this issue?
