Does the user have any type of computer?<BR>

Here, we can only record/monitor through supervisor if the user is<BR>
logged into CAD (Cisco Agent Desktop) on their PC.<BR>
<BR>
If you are going to do that, then you need to make sure the "Span to PC<BR>
port" option is enabled for the phone in call manager. This is required<BR>
for 7961 phones.<BR>
