I have 2 phones at a remote location trying to call 800 numbers. One phone is a 7940 and one phone is a 7985. Both phone configurations from a css/location/dp perspective are identical, however the 7985 is unable to make a 800 number call. I have determined the failed call is receiving a q931 disconnect message from the pstn. The only difference I see in the q931 debug from the vgw is the "transfer capability" of "digital unrestricted" on the not working 7985 vs "speech" on the working 7940. Please see the attached debug isdn q931, the top output is from calling number "5733481329" is the not working, the disconnect message got dropped from the screen shot.
