Use RTMT to collect install/upgrade logs and those will show exactly
what is going on.<br>
<br>
Some basics:<br>
1. make sure you ahve the correct upgrade file type<br>
2. do not rename the upgrade file<br>
3. install upgrade on the publisher first. until publisher is upgraded
subscribers will not recognize a valid upgrade<br>
