Make sure agent phones are set to allow pc voice vlan access or span voice vlan to pc port. I would also check the IPCC port utilization document from <a href="http://cisco.com">cisco.com</a> for your version of IPCC and make sure you aren't blocking necessary traffic with an ACL or firewall.<br>
<br>Also review the installation guide for CAD and CSD regarding requirements for silent monitoring and recording, might be some additional configurations on the server side you need to make.<br><br>Those are problems I have run into in the past.<br>
