If you have an extension 6143, and someone dials 614-3212, CallManager will
have to wait for the interdigit timeout (T302 timer), or the user will have to

MGCP gatewa, <br>
in the current senario, users have to dial 9 if they want to call outside, <br>
i would like to remove the 9 prefix, and differenciate according to the number
of digits, as the internal extentions are 4 digits numbers, so if the user
dials 4 digits it is inbound, otherwise its outbound.<br>
