sure the IP phone agent service is running on the IPCC server.&nbsp; Also make
sure the sure the service URL is pointing to the Publisher.&nbsp; Since my only
IPCC experience is with the CCIE lab I&#8217;ve only dealt with a co-resident
install of IPCC on the Publisher.&nbsp; If you have a separate IPCC box I would
guess the service URL would point to it instead of the Publisher, but I&#8217;m
not sure.&nbsp; I&#8217;m sure someone else here knows the answer to that

used by the agents and have a user account associated with the phones along
with the ICD extension selected in the device association as well.&nbsp; This is
assuming you already have IPCC integrated with CCM and configured.&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>My experience with IPCC is strictly what is related to the
CCIE voice lab (just scheduled attempt number 3 today) so my experience is

IPCC via the phone instead of the Desktop Client.&nbsp; I see it&#8217;s
possible by adding the IP Phone Agent but cant figure out what the Service
