<p class="MsoNormal">I am getting the request to do a join or conference on incoming calls where two phones are already talking.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">It works if you are talking to another person then do a conference and dial out, but if two people are talking and someone gets an incoming call it is not able to do a join. I get a feature or service not available. Any ideas?
