you looking to use the second GK for calls <i>from </i>CCM?&nbsp; If so you
would use a route pattern that points to a route list that contains a route
group that contains both GK trunks in CCM that I mentioned before.&nbsp; But
you mentioned you are not using a route pattern to send calls to the GK so I&#8217;m
confused on exactly what you are trying to accomplish in relation to CCM using

Gatekeeper as backup and no HERP to apply. I this scenario some components of
IPCC make a trunk with gatekeeper like CVP is used for call queuing and CCM is
being used for Call Landing on the IP Phone. Now the problem I am facing is how
to use the 2<sup>nd</sup> Gatekeeper as backup in this scenario. I have option
in CVP to define multiple Gatekeepers with precedence but I don&#8217;t have

color:black'>I have a scenario 2 gatekeepers with different subnet mask are
configured and one is backup of another i.e. if first GK fails the coming calls
will start entertaining through the next one as they are configured with
precedence. Now I nee to know how this can be configure on Call Manager 4.1. As
I have a one GK trunk and it is associated with first GK what how can I make
the second GK trunk to work as backup.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
