<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Call Center agent (using CAD and IP phone 7940) takes an incoming call in our primarily inbound contact center. Agent handles the call and is in not ready state at the end to finish the call logs and update the customer record. While working, the agent phone automatically dials out to a vendor. This may or may not be the last person they talked to.</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial"> Agent has done nothing to initiate the call. They are just working and then suddenly hear the dial tone and DTMF tones on their headset. We do not have any type of automatic out dial system. </FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> </SPAN></P>
