matt,

how are you mapping the 7931 shared line to the respective POTS line for outbound calls? are you using the attendantdn ccm service parameter or creating a CSS for each shared line?

And to think I broke out my ruler and created my own :(

I've got a client with about 150+ retail locations (average of ~10 phones per site) and we run 2801's w/ CME/CUE, FXO cards, and 7931's with great success. Have rolled out about 10% of stores so far and are continuing to implement a few sites per week.

Store employees love the ability for us to do all the monitor speed dials so they can single button push to call any other location in the store. Typical button layout is each external POTS line is a shared line across all phones, so we've mostly replicated the key systems (Avaya Partner systems primarily) that we're replacing.
There's a word template from Cisco for the 7931 line bar...I just
can't find it on Cisco's website anymore.
I think you have to buy the Cisco 7931P label printer to do that.
I have my first deployment with the 138 users using 7931G
phones, any tips, caveats I should be aware of?

Does anyone print Avery labels for the side strip? Or do you
usually just leave them blank or let the user write-in speed
dial entries? (this is a step back 10 years)

For example I found the default number of lines is 1 which
breaks call waiting;
