inband dtmf. note this is distinctly separate from the digits send on the
isdn d-ch to establish the call.<br>

only likely way would be a custom IPCCX/IVR, TCL, or CUEA script that:<br>
1. sends the inital setup with called party number<br>
2. waits a period of time, or even better, does tone detection to determine
when the telco prompts for access code<br>
3. sends the access code as inband DTMF<br>
4. connects the calling/called party numbers<br>

Customers i've worked with in the past were not interested in this much work
for a single special user. they usually dedicated 1 pots line to allow
that person outbound calling. remove the LD codes from the pots line and
configure CSS so only the special user can use that pots line.<br>
