servers’ LDAP cache. CM sync’s with LDAP AD (assuming AD) and Presence
does as well. If the old information is still there it may need to run
the cleanup event at the end of the night to remove it. Are you sure that
both systems (CM and Presence) are set to sync every 6 hours?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

through CUPC it shows the original person but on our phone it shows the newest
