to a separate OU in Active Directory, but we had left the “IPPhone” field
intact with their number, and then the new user also had that same number in
the IPPhone field. Do you still have the old users in AD? If so, try clearing
the field, and doing another sync.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

through CUPC it shows the original person but on our phone it shows the newest
