<p class=MsoNormal>Hi All, <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I am trying to track this down; but it appears that in CUCM
6.1 when you have a secondary line on a phone, even when you set that line to
“disable” for both active and idle states on that phone, it still
produces an audible beep to the user if they are on their primary line when a
call comes in to the second. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>I would presume (and thought in the past) that setting the
line to “disable” would stop the audible beep.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class=MsoNormal>Any help would be appreciated.<o:p></o:p></p>
