<p class=MsoNormal>I am trying to track this down; but it appears that in CUCM
6.1 when you have a secondary line on a phone, even when you set that line to &#8220;disable&#8221;
for both active and idle states on that phone, it still produces an audible
beep to the user if they are on their primary line when a call comes in to the
second. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I would presume (and thought in the past) that setting the
line to &#8220;disable&#8221; would stop the audible beep.<o:p></o:p></p>
