<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>Actually, the LDAP integration
in the Linux CUCMs is quite easy when compared to the old Windows integration.
I believe DMA will copy all the users out of LDAP and drop them into the DB in 6.X.
After that, you will need to go and configure the LDAP integration under “System
– LDAP – System|Directory|Authentication”. Once you configure the sync, your
LDAP integration should be set.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>This is relatively painless.
Also, you only need to setup the LDAP Authentication portion if you want the
users to use their AD creds to login into ccmuser. All the application users
will be stored in the DB via the “Application Users” section.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal>I’m getting ready for a 4.2(3) to 6.1(2) upgrade. The CM 4.2
is AD integrated. I don’t see anything in the procedures dealing with AD
integration.<o:p></o:p></p>
