IP phone user recieving a call from the PSTN is experiencing about 5 seconds of

the line being shared 17 times? Otherwise latency is very low, 25ms between the

Callmanager and IP phone, 5ms between the gateway and the phone. QoS is being
properly applied, RTP</FONT></DIV>

make the gateway put the IP leg on hold until the ISDN side is fully
connected, I am totally exasperated. Could </FONT></DIV>
