<div dir="ltr">Hi,<br>I have recently moved few PRIs to new 2851 routers from pbx. Since then, some users noticed a problem with placing calls on hold.<br>after receiving a call from the outside, end user would place the call on hold and, after approx. 25-40 seconds on hold, that call was dropped.<br>
Now, the fun part. This does not happen to everyone. some users are being able to place calls on hold for more than a minute and resume them<br>without any problems. 2851 is running 12.4(15)XZ ios and mgcp, call managers are 4.1.(3)sr7. MOH is not involved since we have play only hold tone<br>
every 10 sec. any advice on how to troubleshoot it?<br><br><br>thanks,<br>peter <br></div>
