<div dir="ltr">for your internal caller four digit problem, you need to setup a transformation pattern to change the four digit internal extension to the proper 10 digit extension. that way, the mobile user will see the proper 10 digit DID on mobile connect calls for internal calling parties. <br>

we use PAETEC as our telco. I verified with them that this is by design and
they said that they allow this with most enterprise customers. As a note, if
an internal caller is forwarded out using Mobile Connect, it rings as a 4-digit

<p style="margin-bottom: 12pt;">I'm surprised your service
provider lets you pass out a CLID number that isn't in one of your blocks of
numbers. I can see how that would work for internal callers that you are
presenting to a cell phone but not external.. <br></p><div><div></div><div class="Wj3C7c">
granted i've never asked our provider and only assumed they wouldn't allow
that.</div></div><div><div></div><div class="Wj3C7c">

<p>I got this to work by creating a new route group and CSS
that passes the CLID of the call. I can provide more details if anyone
needs it.</p>
