Although it looks like it is only fixed in some phone load ESes. You should open a TAC case to obtain the fix or, wait for the next phone firmware release.<BR>

I do recall there being a bug with bass/buzzing on the new handsets. There was a firmware released to fix it in a phone load. Which phone load are you running?<BR>

OK, so I screwed up. I thought the 7962s were using G722 but in fact they are using g711 and still having the bass / Treble issue. Any ideas? Firmware? Is anyone else getting complaints?<BR>
