color:#1F497D">I have a costumer which is upgrading from CUCM 4.1 to CUCM 6.1.2. He would like to use Office Communicator for RCC. The problem is the customer
does not want to integrate CUCM into AD. The usernames in AD are first.lastname which can be very long for some names and would be quite time consuming to enter this username to login for extension mobility profile. By now he has some numbers as username on
CUCM.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
