If you are getting tone on hold it means CUCM isn't able to allocate an MOH server to play the assigned MOH source configured for the holding device. The frequency of the beeps can be specified at the gateway level (if MGCP or SCCP gateway). <div><br></div><div>To disable tone on hold for SCCP devices you set the service parameter for tone on hold timer to 20000. This should affect any device controlled by CM (ie not H.323 gateways).</div><div><br></div><div>By changing the parameter you noted below to "Use ANN for Ring Back" this will cause CCM to invoke Annunciator to play tone on hold to the gateway instead of having the gateway generate it.
