<div>There is some netpro discussion here.. one of the Cisco guys says there is an unsupported method to replace the prompt with a silence prompt. But I hadnt seen anyone do it succesfully at the time.</div>

<p>I've setup some call handlers with transfer rules which work fine but before transferring the call it plays the system message "wait while I transfer your call".</p>

<p>Within Unity 4.2 there is an check-box option to play or not play this message before transferring the call. There doesn't seem to be the option in Unity Connection 2.1 (that I have found yet).</p>

<p>Does anyone know how to disable Unity Connection from playing this message?</p>
