<div dir="ltr">Message monitor can only be enabled for one phone at a time, even with shared lines. Are you calling in from the phone you want to use the feature on and dialing the option to enable it from the setup menu? Also, you're going to need to be running a very recent phone load.<br>

to enable shared lines on 1100 phones, and in testing the only thing that does
not work is message monitor when a caller dials a shared line. I can see
in Unity that the phone list is retrieved, and the phone is "verified" but there
are two entries for the shared line extension, in this case 62450 on a manager
and secretary phone. </font></span></div>

some significant issues getting phone view to work at all when we had Multilevel
