Try finding a call by DN and see what user it got associated to. Are there other users that have that phone associated (AC, jtapi, etc)?<div><br></div><div>If the user doesn't use EM then popluate the "owner userid" field in CCMAdmin for the phone. This will cause CDRs for that device to have the user written into the CDR and CAR won't have to rely on device association.
