library version? In those cases the first thing I check is to have the latest
TSP compatible with you Unity version. (Check the Unity TSP Compatibility
Matrix on Cisco´s Website.). The TSP is the DLL that handles the ports, and in
some situations it fails to recognize the DTMF tones.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

not able to enter an extension at our Unity AA. Most of the time it's with
older PBX's but they say it works with other auto-attendants.</FONT></DIV>
