a listing. The front of the phone book doesn’t always tell you if
it’s a local or long distance (intralata) call and the rate you will

10-digit dialing. 904-556-6229 is free from downtown charlotte, but
904-736-8788 (Lincoln County Airport) is intra-lata with AT&T trunk at
twenty cents a minute, but free with Time Warner Telecom trunk. You wouldn’t
know this unless you contacted your carrier. I know Time Warner Telcom
has a listing of NPA-XXXs they provide me at the time free of charge. My
Time Warner Telecom account manager faxed it over.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

this from tariff tables the carriers have to provide to Public Utility Commissions

which prefixes are not long distance from my calling area? It seems that
if I incorrectly pass the “1” to the Telco, I’ll get a
recording that the number isn’t long distance and that I need to re-dial
