<div dir="ltr">Thats a clearer description. I don't believe that information will be available on a standard phone setup. I if all phones have enough lines you could change the call coverage. Have subsequent calls roll to line 2,3... have those line shared among the phones. <br>

<div>Hi Guys,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I cant see how this would work with 3 lines.</div>
<div>You only have one appearance of the shared line on your phone. How would you tell which appearance is in use.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>A couple of other options that may work...</div>
<div>How about a broadcast hunt group and BLF's?<br>I know you said you dont want to park the calls.. but a directed park slot might work nicely for this.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>As a side note.. I found MLPP settings interfered with line status of shared lines. This was in 4.1(3)sr4d. Not sure if it has been fixed, never logged a case on it. Transfer from secretary to boss.. boss's line status was not reflected on the secretary set. Disabled MLPP as workaround and it fixed it. (Not useful if you use MLPP) :)</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Cheers,</div>
