<div dir="ltr">Omar,<br><br>I can think of two possible options:<br><br>1. Change the Directories URL to an invalid address in CUCM Enterprise Parameters. Like <a href="http://127.0.0.1/index.html">http://127.0.0.1/index.html</a> for instance<br>
<br>This *might* remove the Personal Directory but would also remove the Corporate Directory. The phone would no longer be able to pull up the directories page.<br><br>2. Download and install the IP Phone Services SDK on a Windows server running IIS and setup your own version of the Directory page using the IIS service that does not contain Personal Directory.<br>
