enable the ccm-manager music-on-hold<br>

normally that command results in silence though.<br>

If you're getting tone then CM figures out from the MRGL that no MoH
server is available or there is a codec mismatch between the gw and
your MoH server. What MoH codecs do you have enabled and what codec on
your dial-peer?<br>
