No problem on the hijack. When we install a new system we usually have<br>
the administrator use the CUE GUI, which obviously must be kicked off<br>
manually. However, it would be nice to be able to auto script it<br>
somehow.<br>

Good afternoon,<br>
<br>
We are testing the Right Fax solution using Captaris.<br>
The way we set up is a gateway with H.323 protocol. The problem is that
Captaris does not support access code for Long Distance. Is there a way to set
the access code in the Gateway Dial peer? or somewhere else,<br>
<br>
Thanks,<br>

I just had a report of this myself. User said it just randomly happens and
there are no other incoming calls at the time (ruling out autoselect)<br>

We are having an intermittent problem with calls coming in and no ability to
transfer them.<br>
<br>
The softkeys at times available are ONLY: Redial, CFwdALL, or New<br>
Call. (the normal Hold, EndCall, Transfer and More do not appear).<br>
<br>
There were no other calls coming in and no one else was on any of the other
lines at the time.<br>
<br>
Any ideas??<br>
<br>
Thank you...<br>

Need a little more info.<br>
<br>
is RTP packets going across the WAN via G729? This would be a problem<br>
change to G711.<br>
<br>
are all your Faxes, just dumb faxes? eg. they only fax at 14.4k? or
can<br>
they fax Super G3 33.6k? might be a trying to fax at 33.6 if the other
fax<br>
supports it. Work around turn off Super G3 on all your Fax machines and<br>
also turn off Error correction Mode (ECM)<br>
<br>
do you have a VGW set to Fax Relay? all VGW should be set to Fax<br>
passthrough.<br>
<br>
hope that helps<br>
