<div dir="ltr">Hey guys,<br><br>I was hoping that someone might know that answer to this question.<br><br>I have restored a CUCM 6.0.2000-3 server from a backup, but I'm having a problem logging on the 'Cisco Unified CM Administration' page, the error that I get is 'Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password'.<br>
<br>The strange thing is that I use the admin user account (which is work before the restore) to log on to 'Cisco Unified Serviceability', 'Cisco Unified OS Administration', 'Disaster Recovery System' and SSH.<br>
<br>I have tried resetting the admin user account and also creating a new user account with no luck?<br><br>Thanks,<br>Mark<br></div>
