Which password did you reset? Remember the CCMAdmin password userid/password is set separately from the OS admin user. All of the things you have access to use the OS admin account.

I have restored a CUCM 6.0.2000-3 server from a backup, but I'm having a problem logging on the 'Cisco Unified CM Administration' page, the error that I get is 'Log on failed - Invalid User ID or Password'.

The strange thing is that I use the admin user account (which is work before the restore) to log on to 'Cisco Unified Serviceability', 'Cisco Unified OS Administration', 'Disaster Recovery System' and SSH.

I have tried resetting the admin user account and also creating a new user account with no luck?

Thanks,
Mark

_______________________________________________
cisco-voip mailing list
