UCX 6.0(1) Installation - LDAP AD security rights

I have been working on installing UCX 6.0(1) and I am running into some weird installation issues. I am able to start the installation, bind to the server using the LDAP account that I have been given to me by the network administrator, and enter a profile name, but after that I receive the following error:

“An error occurred while processing LDAP entries. The exception is: csco_clss: LdapConnection::resolve() unable to resolve dn because an ou was missing.”

Currently the ID that I am using has full control to the Cisco and Corp (where are users are) containers and their subordinates, but not anything else. My base is set to ou=Cisco. It definitely sounds like a security rights issue, but I couldn’t find any documentation on Cisco’s site on what settings the LDAP ID needs to have other than a blurb in the install guide stating that it needs rights to the “IP Telephony Tree”

Anyone that can point me to a document that has the security settings or knows what they should be, please let me know. My next route is to open a TAC case.

Thanks,
