if I send the debugs to TAC, will they help, I Just want to be able to see the
lines as I am pretty sure what we need will work if I can do that. I don&#8217;t care

just upgraded to 6.1.2. I have updated the TSP on my user&#8217;s machines but I
can&#8217;t get TSP to show any lines, I have the user account associated with the
phone, and they are in the Standard CCM End Users and Standard CTI Enabled
Groups, I also added them to Standard CTI allow control of all devices for
testing yet the lines still will not enumerate when I go to call contact in
outlook or in another piece of software we use that monitors caller id for
integration with our Client Database. TAC doesn&#8217;t support the outlook
integration and I&#8217;m not sure how I can get this figured out, does anyone have
any ideas of how to fix or how to word to TAC to get them to help. <o:p></o:p></p>
