I went thru SQL and the Registry and fixed it... took a few hours... but if anyone is curious, I have a procedure to change the hostname on CCM... just be advised, I am sure TAC will not support it, but I had one of our SQL gurus do it.... and he performed a miracle (and the theoretically impossible...)

Funny thing, the server is up, stable and happy... SQL is performing flawlessly and the web pages are loading faster than ever.

Jonathan

On Fri, Sep 19, 2008 at 9:35 AM, Ryan Ratliff <rratliff@cisco.com> wrote:
Try running through the Windows ODBC configuration for the CCM database, don't change anything and at the end try to test it (make sure it's pointing to the right database). Otherwise open a TAC SR and let me know the number.
