international dialling codes for local calls?</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;" lang="EN-GB">I have a customer that has an AD integration and has
numbers that are dialled through the corporate directory that have +44 in front
of the local number even though its in the same country.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;" lang="EN-GB"> </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;" lang="EN-GB">Is there anyway to translate +44 to 0044? I have tried
using translation patterns, although CUCM wont allow the symbol "+". </span></p>
