activating stcapp for all ports is to eliminate the need to telnet into the
vg224 each time you need to activate a port. For those of us with MAC desks,
it's easier to have them simply add a DN to an existing and already configured
vg224 port (device) then it is to have them telnet and create a dialpeer or have
to wait until we do it.</FONT></DIV>

you're going to use or they're constantly flood your CCM cluster with register
attempts. Therefore only create stcapp dial peers for the ports you'll
use.</DIV>
