would recommend TelAlert. I&#8217;ve used it in the past, it tells the recipient
to enter dtmf digit (You have an alert please 4221 to hear your alert, press 1
to acknowledge, etc).&nbsp; It can also handle escalations with multiple media,
two-way sms, etc. Very smart product.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

extension. I basically want someone to be able to dial one extension and then
have it call (to cell phones) 4 separate people in order until someone
