Subject: [cisco-voip] BAT file... sanity check..

Trying to get a workable file format setup for an install i'm doing later this Fall. Phones-Users keeps failing to import the user records (phone imports fine), so I pulled out the user portion and tried it by itself.

First Name,Last Name,User ID,Password,Department,PIN,Telephone Number,Primary Extension
Joe,User,Joe,12345,Some Department,12345,1205,1205

I get the following error:

Joe Could not insert new row - duplicate value in a UNIQUE INDEX column.

Result Summary :

INSERT for 0 USERS passed.

INSERT for 1 USERS failed.
Am I missing something utterly obvious here? The only end-users configured on the system right now are user ID's "cisco" and "CUBAC".. no username Joe anywhere, and the user ID is the only unique index column, right? User template is basic, just all the defaults.
